作为会计助理,你将协助准备和分析定期的会计报告,完成基本的book keeping和会计任务,准备和归档statement,invoices,vouchers。

Certificate or Diploma in Graphic Design
Extensive experience & knowledge of graphic design principles & designing skills
Demonstrate ability to conceptualize, design, and produce a variety of illustrative materials
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Express
Preferably some knowledge of printing procedures and requirements
Have a generally good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia and writing skills

Monitor delivery timeliness & issuance of Delivery Note upon delivery Feedback and update sales team on customer's requirement, production and delivery status whenever necessary

With working experience in business developing/sales focused job duties specifically in Offset Packaging Boxes POSM/POP Display Industrial (is an added advantage but not essential)
Successful background in prospecting for new business as well as account management retention and growth (is an added advantage but not essential)
Must possess sufficient communication skills, written and oral, to complete all assigned goals and work with customers
Expertise in client communication and problem-solving
Must be able to work independently completing assigned goals

Responsibilities:
Developing/Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business of Offset Packaging Boxes, POSM/POP Display
Running outbound campaigns (face-to-face or virtual meeting, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
Utilize social media networks such as Linkedin and other sites to engage clients
Organizes, categorizes, and prioritizes sales leads and collects market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customers needs
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships to maximize business sales and target with potential clients
Following-up on timely manner with potential clients to ensure lead conversion
Developing rapport business network with key decision makers
Salary range:
With experience: RM3,000 ~ RM4,500
- Including other incentives, allowances, and commissions, the total income may range from RM7,000 to RM14,000
Trainee: RM1,800 ~ RM2,800
- Including other incentives, allowances, and commissions, the total income may range from RM5,000 to RM11,000
