Requirements:
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree / post graduate diploma or professional degree in human resource management or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 5 years working experience in managerial role and preferably in constructions environment.

- Lead Supplier negotiation with value procurement approach and forming competitive value agreement.
- Ensure the ongoing projects comply with contractual agreements and performance benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to procurement and contracting.
- Manage procurement budgets and provide regular reporting on cost management and savings achieved.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about core materials, industry trends and best practices.

Manage the entire procurement (source to pay) process, efficient procure-to-pay process to meet company KPIs : value added purchase at optimum cost with on time delivery and quality of work that meet the project requirements.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
Supplies Risk Migration procurement Develop contingency plans to address potential supply chain disruptions.
